You step outside in the morning and white fluffy flakes are slowly tumbling from the sky. The leaves have yet to begin to turn, but you know they will soon. The snow will bring a quick change.   
  
In the process of a few hours, the snow will turn to a cold rain, melting away the snow like it hadn’t happened at all.   
  
Sometimes it’s unexpected. Sometimes you look up into the sky and know. That elusive first snow. Whether you want it or not, it comes.   
  
Snow is a quiet and peaceful cleansing. Snow is the promise of magic to come.   
  
𝐅𝐥𝐞𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐒𝐧𝐨𝐰 is the first colorway of our 𝘈𝘯 𝘖𝘥𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘓𝘢𝘵𝘦 𝘈𝘶𝘵𝘶𝘮𝘯 collection.   
  
This colorway is a collection of greens with white peaking through to represent the fleeting nature of the first snow of the year. 

Information on the base: 

Fingering Weight, 85% Superwash Merino (Extra Fine) 15% Nylon, 4-ply, 437 yards // 100 grams

 

All skeins are hand-dyed with care in a smoke-free and pet-free home. Please note that while all skeins are dyed together, every skein of yarn is unique and there may be some slight variation between them. After dyeing, all yarn is washed and rinsed thoroughly, however, a small amount of color bleeding may still occur during the first wash. 

For best care, please gently hand wash in cold water with a wool wash and lay flat to dry. Store yarn in an area away from direct sunlight to help maintain color. 

This yarn is READY TO SHIP.

The wool used in this yarn is ethically produced from sheep that have NOT been mulesed.
